The facility is a former Walmart in Brownsville, Texas, not far from the Mexican border.

The news comes in the wake of the Trump administration's new "zero-tolerance" policy to criminally prosecute all migrants who cross the US-Mexico border illegally and separate them from their children. He said no other former Walmart sites are being used to house youths as part of its program for unaccompanied children.
