In response, Rowling laughed some more and wrote "someone told him how to spell "pore".

In an awkward moment for the US President, he claimed that "Fake News" "pour" over his tweets to find mistakes, in the same post where he prided over his ability to tweet. He says in his tweet: "I capitalize certain words only for emphasis, not b/c they should be capitalized!".

Harry Potter author J.K Rowling was one of the first to mock Trump, posting a series of tweets repeating hahahahahaha.

Trump's original tweet said that he was a good writer and had sold many best selling works, but in the very same tweet, he misspelled "pore". Trump, or someone on his PR team, took Rowling's comments to heart and deleted the original tweet, reposting it with the correct spelling of "pore", as in to pour over a book.

The official account for dictionary Merriam-Webster also made light of Trump's error on Twitter.

Woods' best in three months, Molinari's first PGA win at TPC Potomac
But that was before the PGA Tour recognized it as an official victory unless a PGA Tour member had won the tournament. Francesco Molinari delivered a record performance to win the final edition of the Quicken Loans National .

The tweet mysteriously disappeared shortly after it was posted, and was replaced with a almost identical message - with one glaring change.

A less noticed mistake that some users also pointed out in Trump's tweet was that he should have used a hyphen in the term "best selling" when he made reference to the books he's written.

U.S. President Donald Trump's war against the "Fake News" media and grammar hit a new level of ridiculous on Tuesday night when he tweeted a defense for why his tweets regularly included typos - a tweet that, of course, included a typo.

JK took to Twitter to laugh uncontrollably, nearly to the point of obnoxiousness, when she wrote a series of "haha's" at the politician's expense.

Trump initially tweeted that The Washington Post is "a discgrace to journalism". Instead, Trump wrote "pour over". The president pushed back against that claim, saying Schwartz was only a co-author.
