"He was a good man", Jacobs said of McGlockton.
Jacobs said she parked in the disabled spot only because no other spaces were available.
Mr Drejka then shot Mr McGlockton once in the chest while still on the ground.
'The guy is on the ground and he pulls the gun out.
Surveillance video showed Drejka moments later being approached by Markeis McGlockton, Jacob's 28-year-old boyfriend, who was inside of the store shopping with their son, Markeis McGlockton Jr., 5. He was taken to hospital in the city of Clearwater and pronounced dead.
The sheriff, however, said the circumstances surrounding the shooting were not clear-cut.

"I just want justice", Jacobs told ABC. Selous also told WFTS that he had to call police a month ago when Drejka got into a yelling match with Kelly.
The young woman said neither she nor McGlockton knew Drejka was armed when he ran out to defend his family.
"He was basically threatening to shoot me that day", Kelly said. Protesters gathered Sunday at the scene of the shooting in response.
Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said during a news conference on the case on July 21, that Drejka will not by charged or arrested by them.
"The law in the state of Florida today is that people have a right to stand their ground and have a right to defend themselves when they believe that they are in harm". Gualtieri said the push had "great force". Florida goes the extra step of not requiring the gun owner to first try to flee from danger before pulling the trigger. The law now is that the state attorney has the burden of proof, by clear and convincing evidence, that the shooter is not entitled to stand your ground.
Zimmerman was later charged with murder, but acquitted. Under its protection, Florida residents are allowed to use force, even deadly force, if they feel their lives are threatened.
