Elon Musk Smokes Weed, Talks About Life in Interview

Musk's Boring Company which he describes as a"hobby" is trying to build a tunnel under Los Angeles

Elon Musk is stumbling from one controversy to another.

Meanwhile, its chief people officer Gaby Toledano had decided not to return to the firm after a period of absence, according to newswire Bloomberg.

Rogan asked Musk about The Boring Company, which Musk said started as a " joke", mostly borne out of his desperation to fix L.A.'s notoriously bad traffic problem.

"Totally legal", Rogan replied as Musk reached for the joint.

Aside from the weed, Musk also touted a couple weapons on the show's set, including a flamethrower and a Katana that Rogan claims is hundreds of years old. In an interview with the New York Times, Musk denied he had smoked weed when he tweeted.

The exchange began when Rogan told Musk about a small container he bought in Mexico which he hoped would hold joints.

Why Jose Mourinho told Woodward not to re-sign Cristiano Ronaldo
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is being "courageous" by "taking the hits" for his players and protecting them, says England women's boss Phil Neville.

At one point, Musk described the constant barrage of ideas in his mind as being "like a "never-ending explosion", and said he wondered as a young boy whether he might be insane because it didn't seem to happen to other people". The stock has plunged 31 percent since Musk floated the idea of taking the vehicle maker off the public market, lopping billions of dollars off the company's market value.

"The vast majority of negative comments, I just ignore them", he said.

"Come on man", Mr. Rogan laughed.

As the video gained traction, more news hit: Early Friday, the Palo Alto, California, company announced that Chief Accounting Officer Dave Morton resigned after a month on the job, citing public attention and the fast pace of the post.

The plunge in Tesla's stock comes just a day after Elon Musk expressed his support for a report estimating the U.S. sales figures for electric cars now available in the United States.

"Elon getting high on weed and whiskey is the first reason to go long on $TSLA in a while". This reportedly has led to an SEC investigation. Investors who have bet that Tesla's stock price will fall, or "short sellers", also have filed a lawsuit against Tesla and Musk alleging that the take-private proposal was a ruse aimed at lowering the value of their holdings.
