That led Apple to aggressively market the iPhone XR on its U.S. website for $449 (€391), about $300 less than its official sticker price.

But nonetheless, a new report from the Wall Street Journal suggests Apple has three new iPhones coming out this year, one with three rear cameras, another lower-cost one like the iPhone XR and. something else.

This sounds familiar, but the newest features may come in the phones' cameras. The leaked render of the iPhone XI showed a square bump-like structure at the back of the iPhone on which a triple-rear camera setup sat with a flash at the back. This will be a major upgrade for the XR series and could spur older iPhone owners into trading in their older models for one with a dual-lens camera.

"We think the three new iPhones in 2H19F will likely have the same form factors (body size and displays) as the 2H18 iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max, with some added AR [augmented reality]-related features", Lee wrote in a research note.

De Blasio, now in his second term as mayor of the country's most populous city, has long supported universal healthcare coverage. The idea is to avoid going to an emergency room for non-emergency situations, freeing them up for their intended goal .

Wall Street Journal has made a number of predictions on the iPhone 2019 models.

Qian Chao, a district manager for Shanghai-based iPhone distributor DoubleRise Beijing Technology, said it was the company's decision to make the price cuts and that it had not received any official notice from Apple. Apple apparently couldn't ditch the LCD display this year because the planning stages are already too far along for this year's releases, making big changes like a swap of the display panel infeasible.

The iPhone maker will launch a follow up to its iPhone XR, the cheaper model in its current iPhone line up, as sales fall in developing markets such as China, where Apple has struggled recently. China's "economy began to slow there for the second half", Tim Cook said. It is also selling the 64GB version of the iPhone 8 for 3,899 yuan, a 1,200 yuan discount.

Its XR-inspired model will probably stick with the LED screen from its current range, whilst the others will use OLED screens.
