With the Rs 18.10 crore collection on Saturday, Manikarnika also became the highest single day earner ever for a female driven film. However, reports said that the footfalls are increasing as the day 2 collections rose to Rs 18.10 crores. Now Manikarnika stands at a grand total of Rs 26.85 crore. The reports suggest that the film Manikarnika collected around 15.70 crores on its third day, with that the total collection of the film reaches to around 42.55 crores. The "strong word of mouth" review and the Republic Day holiday has given the film its "much-required boost".

Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi clashed with Nawauddin Siddiqui's Thackeray at the box office. "One of the best parts about the Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi-directed Manikarnika is the choreography". The film is expected to cross the Rs 150-crore mark by today.
