Microsoft Rolls Out Android Notification Syncing for Windows 10

To see phone notifications on your Windows PC, your Android device running Android 7.0 or higher must have 1GB of RAM or more. and the Windows 10 PC must be using build 1803 (RS4) or newer.

Just as promised after the app's release in August 2018, the Your Phone app version delivered with the Windows 10 Preview Build 17755 build added support for sending text messages, allowing users to view and reply to text messages received on paired Android devices directly from their Windows 10 computers. You'll also need to have the latest version of Microsoft's Your Phone Companion application installed on your handset, which can be downloaded through the Google Play Store.

The app was then made accessible to the normal public with the Windows 10 Build 1803.

The screen mirroring feature phone screen has been expanded to support to the OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6T, Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10, S10+, Note 8 and Note 9. Boost your focus and productivity by seeing your phone's notifications on your PC.

'Game of Thrones' Battle of Winterfell: Actors Who Died React!
At 88 total minutes, the longest GoT episode this season or ever, the Battle of Winterfell is practically a movie unto itself. And with three episodes to go, it's likely that there's still plenty we don't know about the truth of the Azor Ahai prophecy.

As she further detailed, Your Phone users will also be able to choose the applications for which the notifications will be automatically synced to their Windows 10 PC.

Windows Insiders have been at a bit of an impasse recently as some testers having upgraded to 19H1 build 18362.53, and then trying to move on to 20H1 Fast Ring build 18875 or now 18885 were unable to do so.

We fixed an issue that could result in the "Make Windows better" page appearing after login showing "please wait", with a progress wheel, for a long period of time. This particular release is projected to launch in late May, and Microsoft wants feedback from users in the Release Preview ring to iron out the latest bugs before the rollout happens.

Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that it would soon be merging the Fast and Skip Ahead rings together so that they would both receive future Windows 10 20H1 (First Half 2020) builds. It's a neat feature, letting you effectively have your Android apps on your computer. For those that need a refresher, this feature allows you to mirror (and interact with) your Android phone directly from within Windows 10.
