The looks terrifying! The first teaser trailer for IT Chapter Two has been released. The kids will all be back - alongside Bill Skarsgård as the evil Pennywise - but their screen time will naturally be much reduced. It seems that Pennywise's influence has already spread as there are red balloons and weird happenings all over the small town.

After the commercial and critical success of the first part, the makers are back with the sequel to Andy Muschietti's adaptation of Stephen King's classic horror tale IT.

It has been foretold that Pennywise the Clown will return to Derry every 27 years. While the trailer got people talking and early reviews were solid, nothing about the film screamed "most successful horror movie of all time".

The trailer starts with Jessica's character Beverly Marsh returning to her old home and speaking to an elderly woman, Mrs Kersh.

China may abort trade talk after Trump sprouts new tariff hikes
He said China had retreated from specific commitments, a move that would have led to substantive changes in the text of the deal. The levy would increase tariffs to 25 percent from 10 percent on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods.

What makes this trailer so special is that it focuses nearly entirely on the scene where Beverly Marsh returns to her childhood home and meets an old lady.

The introduction to the later timeline involves a brutal scene of a hate crime against a gay boy who is murdered by Pennywise which will show up in the new film. No one who dies here ever really dies, ' she says to a stunned and shocked Bev. (Except for The Shining, of course.) You can always trust a movie with Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy to be good (personal opinion).

The original starred Tim Curry as circus clown Pennywise, the most common form of a shape-shifting creature simply known as "It".
